First Course Asparagus Salad: Shaved asparagus, pea shoots, sweet peas, grapefruit vinaigrette, grapefruit gelee, cashews. Paired with: Emerald Zen (A vibrant, refreshing blend of pea, green bean, cucumber, lemon, Squirt, green Chartreuse, and grapefruit bitters.)
Second Course Honey and Lemon Clams: Served on the half shell with honey lemon soju beurre blanc, wakame, and saffron. Paired with: Umami Cloud (A unique combination of Soju, lemongrass, ginger, citrus, topped with an almond wakame foam.)
Third Course House-Made Ravioli: Stuffed with egg yolk and herbed ricotta in a brown butter sage sauce. Paired with: The Alchemist's Kiss (A luxurious butter sage-infused citrus gin sour, finished with a delicate lemon curd meringue.)
Fourth Course Rendered Duck Breast: Accompanied by kumquat chutney, miso carrot purée, fanned pearl onion, and an umami dusting. Paired with: Whiskey Wanderlust (A adventurous mix of whiskey, watermelon, kumquat, and fresh mint.)
Fifth Course S’mores Tartlet: Featuring graham cracker dust, salted chocolate mousse, and meringue. Paired with: Caramel Dusk Tide (A decadent concoction of rum, salted Thai tea, coconut, miso, and caramel.)
